03. Quotations & Project Scope

Quotations are prepared based on the information and requirements provided by the client.

A final project quotation may specify:

• Third-party costs
• Support or maintenance terms

Website prices published on our pricing page are intended for the specified packages and client markets.

Additional requirements outside the accepted scope may require a revised quotation and timeline.

04. Payments & Billing

Payment amounts, accepted payment methods, deposits and installment schedules will be communicated and agreed upon before the relevant work begins.

Depending on the project, payment may be arranged in stages or according to agreed milestones.

Clients are responsible for paying invoices according to the agreed payment schedule.

Where legally permissible and consistent with the project agreement, overdue payments may result in suspension of further work until the outstanding amount is resolved.

Any applicable taxes, payment processing fees or other additional charges will be addressed in the relevant quotation or invoice.

05. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate and necessary information for the completion of their projects.

Depending on the service, clients may need to provide:

• Logo and branding materials
• Website text and images

• Required account access
• Feedback and approvals
• Relevant legal or business permissions

Clients must ensure that materials they provide do not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

Delays in providing necessary materials or approvals may affect the delivery schedule.

06. Project Timeline & Delivery

Estimated project timelines are discussed before development begins.

The delivery schedule depends on project complexity, required features, availability of content, client feedback and third-party services.

We aim to communicate material changes to the estimated schedule as soon as reasonably possible.

Final delivery or launch procedures will be determined according to the agreed project requirements.

07. Revisions & Scope Changes

Included revisions depend on the selected package or written project agreement.

Revisions generally relate to adjustments within the originally agreed scope.

Requests for additional pages, major redesigns, new integrations, new functionality or significant changes after approval may require an additional quotation.

Any additional charges and revised delivery dates should be agreed before the extra work proceeds.

08. Domain, Hosting & Third-Party Costs

Domain registration, website hosting, premium themes, paid plugins and external subscriptions are not included in standard development pricing unless explicitly stated in the quotation.

These services may involve recurring fees charged by third-party providers.

Clients are responsible for renewals and associated charges for services registered or maintained in their own accounts.

Where EP Tech Services assists with setup or management, the applicable arrangements will be communicated separately.

Domain and hosting account ownership, credentials and transfer responsibilities should be confirmed in the project agreement.

09. Digital Marketing Services

Our digital marketing services may include social media content, campaign setup, audience targeting, advertisement management, optimization and reporting.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, advertising platform spending is separate from our service fees.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their products, promotional claims and advertisements comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

Marketing results may vary due to competition, budget, audience, platform algorithms and other external factors.

We do not guarantee a particular number of leads, sales, search rankings or revenue unless a specific enforceable commitment is separately agreed.

10. Intellectual Property & Ownership

The ownership and permitted use of custom project deliverables will be determined by the relevant project agreement.

Client-provided logos, trademarks, content and other materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

WordPress, Shopify, premium themes, stock images, plugins and other third-party resources may be subject to separate licensing terms.

Any transfer of ownership, delivery of source files or licensing permissions will follow the agreed project terms and applicable law.

We will not publicly display confidential client information or restricted project materials without appropriate authorization.

11. Project Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund arrangements depend on the applicable project agreement, services already performed, approved costs and relevant consumer laws.

If a client wishes to cancel a project, they should contact EP Tech Services in writing as soon as possible.

Any refund, outstanding balance or charge for completed work will be assessed according to the agreed terms and applicable legal requirements.

Non-refundable third-party charges, where applicable and lawfully disclosed, may be treated separately from development fees.

12. Support & Maintenance

Support availability depends on the selected service package or project agreement.

Where included, basic technical support may cover eligible troubleshooting and assistance related to delivered features.

New features, significant redesigns, additional content development and ongoing maintenance may require a separate agreement.

Issues resulting from third-party software changes, unauthorized modifications or external service failures may require additional investigation and costs.

13. Acceptable Website Use

Visitors agree to use our website for lawful purposes.

Users must not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to our website or systems
• Upload or distribute malware or harmful code
• Interfere with website security or normal operation
• Misuse contact forms or communication channels

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms, freedom from all technical issues or specific commercial outcomes.

Any contractual limitations of liability will be subject to the relevant project agreement and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

EP Tech Services operates from Pakistan.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in a separate contract, these general website terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Any unresolved dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and relevant contractual terms.
